\n This free beginners course in Raja Yoga meditation is hel d over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings each month (18 years of age and ove r)
\n\n The July course commences Thursday 9th July followed by 3 co nscecutive Thursday evenings 16th\, 23rd and 30th. Each session is an hour and a half (7.00 pm - 8.30 pm).
\n\n You will need to attend the cou rse from the 1st session and registration is required. (18 years of age an d over).
\n\n The meditation which the Brahma Kumaris practise is kn own as "\;Raja Yoga"\;. It is based on an understanding of the sou l'\;s journey.In this course we will explore a simple meditation techni que and learn how to reconnect with the original power of the soul.
\n< p>\n Session 1 '\;Working with our minds'\;\n\n We take our first steps in meditation and explore ways to make our min ds work well.
\n\n Session 2 '\;Deepening our me ditation experience
\n\n We move from thinking to being and deepen o ur understanding of how the mind works.
\n\n Session 3 '\;Raising our Consciousness'\;
\n\n We learn to rise abov e the mundane in order to experience a tranquil state of mind.
\n\n Session 4 '\;Recharging our Battery'\;
\n\n I n this final session we learn to tap into the power available through medi tation and explore ways to connect with the Divine.
