\n This free beginners course in Raja Yoga meditation is hel d over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings each month (18 years of age and ove r)
\n\n The course commences Thursday 3rd September follow ed by 3 consecutive Thursday evenings 10th\, 17th and 24th September. Each session is an hour and a half
\n\n (7.00 pm - 8.30 pm).
\n\n Y ou will need to attend the course from the 1st session and registration is required. (18 years of age and over).
\n\n The meditation which the Brahma Kumaris practise is known as "\;Raja Yoga"\;. It is based o n an understanding of the soul'\;s journey.In this course we will explo re a simple meditation technique and learn how to reconnect with the origi nal power of the soul.
\n\n Session 1 '\;Working with our minds'\;
\n\n We take our first steps in meditation and explore ways to make our minds work well.
\n\n Session 2 '\;Deepening our meditation experience
\n\n We move from th inking to being and deepen our understanding of how the mind works.
\n< p>\n Session 3 '\;Raising our Consciousness'\;\ n\n We learn to rise above the mundane in order to experience a tranqui l state of mind.
\n\n Session 4 '\;Recharging ou r Battery'\;
\n\n In this final session we learn to tap into the power available through meditation and explore ways to connect with the Di vine.
