\n This free beginners course in Raja Yoga meditation is hel d over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings each month (18 years of age and ove r)
\n\n The course commences Thursday 3rd September followed by 3 co nsecutive Thursday evenings 10th\, 17th and 24th September. Each session i s an hour and a half
\n\n (7.00 pm - 8.30 pm).
\n\n You will n eed to attend the course from the 1st session and registration is required . (18 years of age and over).
\n\n The meditation which the Brahma K umaris practise is known as "\;Raja Yoga"\;. It is based on an und erstanding of the soul'\;s journey.In this course we will explore a sim ple meditation technique and learn how to reconnect with the original powe r of the soul.
\n\n Session 1 '\;Working with ou r minds'\;
\n\n We take our first steps in meditation and explore ways to make our minds work well.
\n\n Session 2 &# 39\;Deepening our meditation experience
\n\n We move from thinking t o being and deepen our understanding of how the mind works.
\n\n
\n W e learn to rise above the mundane in order to experience a tranquil state of mind.
\n\n Session 4 '\;Recharging our Batter y'\;
\n\n In this final session we learn to tap into the power av ailable through meditation and explore ways to connect with the Divine.
