\n The course commences Thursday 5th November followed by 2 consecu tive Thursday evenings 12th and 19th November Each session is an hour and a half
\n\n (7.00 pm - 8.30 pm).
\n\n You will need to attend the course from the 1st session and registration is required. (18 years of age and over).
\n\n The meditation which the Brahma Kumaris practise is known as "\;Raja Yoga"\;. It is based on an understanding of th e soul'\;s journey.In this course we will explore a simple meditation t echnique and learn how to reconnect with the original power of the soul.\n

\n\n We take our first steps in meditation and explore ways to make ou r minds work well.
\n\n Session 2 '\;Deepening o ur meditation experience
\n\n We move from thinking to being and dee pen our understanding of how the mind works.
